Athena Milk: Nothing Beats My Beautrition Habit

When we were introduced into this beautiful world when Mama Dearest gave birth to us milk was the first nourishment received by our digestive tract but as we age we also outgrew different kinds of milk suited from newborn to adult. Thus, it is important to choose the right milk that will provide the yummy nutrients we need.
Being a woman of the present generation is a bit tiring due to stead fast changes but this wont stop us from being the best that we can with the help of Athena Milk. It claims that it is the only milk with Beautrition. It is a Milk specially-formulated for Women, because it is high in calcium for great posture, low in fat to maintain a slim body, and a good source of anti-oxidants (Vitamins A, E and Zinc) for beautiful skin.

Specialty:
  • High calcium essential for optimum bone health. It is also a source of vitamins D and K, magnesium and phosphorus – nutrients to help maintain strong bones.
  • Low in fat so you can enjoy this beverage without the risk of high caloric intake.
  • Source of anti-oxidants such as vitamins A and E and zinc to help maintain healthy skin and help promote optimum immune function.

I am a milk lover so I find this beverage a delicious treat. I tried the vanilla flavor and I immediately fell in love with its taste. You have to mix it well though to dissolve the milk powder in your mug as it easily forms into a clump when mixed with water. Definitely I'm sticking with my Athena habit because of how it takes good care of my over all health and keeps my skin radiant and glowing. With just a glass of Athena after I burn my midnight candle I still look as if I had a satisfied beauty sleep making me feel pretty and confident to face the challenges the day has to offer.

Start your Athena Habit now to FEEL and SEE the DIFFERENCE! <3

Share with me your beautrition habit coz I'd love to hear about it :)
