I am a milk lover so I find this beverage a delicious treat. I tried the vanilla flavor and I immediately fell in love with its taste. You have to mix it well though to dissolve the milk powder in your mug as it easily forms into a clump when mixed with water. Definitely I'm sticking with my Athena habit because of how it takes good care of my over all health and keeps my skin radiant and glowing. With just a glass of Athena after I burn my midnight candle I still look as if I had a satisfied beauty sleep making me feel pretty and confident to face the challenges the day has to offer.

Fun Under The Sun: Diamond Sunblock Gel

Being a proud resident in a tropical country sun exposure is a common experience to its citizens but we shouldn't let the heat of the sun spoil the fun right? :) Finally a sunblock gel packed with a heaping amount of SPF to hinder premature aging from too much sun exposure is now available! Introducing one of my beauty babies ~~Diamond Sunblock Gel SPF 40! The sister product of the sought after Shulammite Carrot Soap and Diamond Orange Peel & L Glutathione Soap.

I found out that sun exposure without righteous protection will eventually take its wrath as we grow older so I decided to take a sip at the fountain of youth by getting myself a worthy sunblock gel for my face and neck. Accidentally, I came across this product when I was searching for some stuff online. Their are no good reviews about this yet so I used it at my own expense with full courage that it wont cause me breakouts and it didn't!. I love how refreshing it feels on my skin after applying all over my face and neck. I don't need a very generous amount to cover the areas, only about a penny size and I am good to go.

When my purchase finally arrived at our doorsteps I found out that the sunblock gel comes with a orange box. On the back portion of the box it says that Diamond Sunblock Gel is a specially formulated sunblock that is light on the skin but heavy on protection. It prevents skin darkening, dryness, wrinkles, and premature aging caused by harmful UV rays. Its unique gel formulation is cool on the skin and has no greasy after-feel. Maintain healthy, fair skin.

~The packaging is a cute white tub with a twistable cap for gel dispense. Net Wt. of 20 g.

~You only need a pea size for full coverage. That's a plus factor for me!

Cheers to Health: Nutri 21 Juice

I am definitely not an avid  fan of veggies and fruits so I was looking for "something" to compensate with my dilemma on proper nutrition. When Pops came home from a seminar somewhere in Manila he unpacked several  small white sachets from his luggage which caught my attention. The humble pack calls itself Nutri 21 Juice, a 21 in 1 fruits and herbs powder mix.

Its active ingredients are Acai Berry, Pineapple, Goji, Moringa Oleifera, Barley, Wheat Grass, Coconut Water, Aloe Vera, Mangosteen, Guava, Spirulina, Carrots, Apple, Guyabano, Tomato, Banana, Dalandan, Calamansi, Mango, Grape Seed, Strawberry. (wew! too many ingredients equals effort on typing :D teehee!)

What first entered my mind after reading all the ingredients was "Yuck this stuff prolly taste like crap." But some force of nature made me pull out glass of cold water and make a concoction to put to a test. I was hell wrong cause the powder mix definitely taste great. It's not overly acidic like most powdered juices with citrus fruits in it and not too sweet to invite a sore throat plus its 100% natural and healthy. Imagine you get 21 benefits and goodness from 21 natural fruits and herbs in just a glass of this powder mix!  Well that is something a girl on the go needs.:)

I've been sipping on this yum yum  juice for a week already. It quenches my insatiable thirst  for health and wellness and so far I'm satisfied with its benefits. I usually do not have regular bowel elimination but with this baby I always feel light since it makes me go once everyday.

FINAL VERDICT: YES! YES! YES! I recommend this Nutritious Powder mix :)
